Simon's responsiveness to our questions, even the panicked ones, was greatly appreciated. His proactive approach in anticipating our needs, such as providing tables for the buffet and organising cake cutting, truly relieved us of additional stress on the day. (I think I actually cried with how much kindness Simon showed. It took so much stress away).
The extra salad option added in for free, and accommodation for food intolerances were thoughtful touches that did not go unnoticed.
On the day itself, the staff were an absolute delight. They were courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.
We particularly want to thank the staff member who took initiative to assist with clearing and cleaning glasses, as well as tidying up leftovers and the cake area. Their efforts, which we only discovered afterward, highlight the dedication and professionalism of the team.
The quality and presentation of the food were exceptional, and we received numerous compliments from our guests. We are genuinely grateful for your affordable pricing without compromising on excellence.
